Is there any cost for the company?
No, signing the internship agreement is free. The only company obligation is to register the student in Social Security during the internship. The training programme is paid by the student or the company, as you agree.
How is the course paid?
In the enrolment form you can choose the payment method: card, PayPal or bank transfer. The invoice is issued in the name of whoever pays.
What documents will I receive?
The educational internship agreement and an annex with the student's details and internship conditions. Both documents are sent digitally, ready for electronic signature.
How long does the internship last?
The internship has a maximum duration of 180 days, aligned with the course period.
How quickly will the agreement be ready?
1–2 days after the programme payment.
Does this create an employment obligation?
No. The internship is formative and does not create an employment or contractual relationship between the company and the student. Paid formative internships under RD-ley 2/2023, RD-ley 8/2023 Art.45 Orden PJC/51/2024, as amended by Orden PJC/281/2024, and DA LGSS.
